Organizational Transformation Manager

ERPi is looking for experienced consultants to become part of a growth opportunity, including the expansion of our core project management services.

In this instance, we are seeking a Stakeholder Engagement and Integration Manager to support a core mission program at the Department of Veterans Affairs’ (VA) Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), Loan Guaranty Services (LGY). This program will transform the way that home loans for service members, Veterans, and their surviving spouses are managed by creating a refreshed application that interfaces between the VA and the mortgage servicing community. The current application manages over 28 million active loans, with a complex and diverse set of external and internal stakeholders that are impacted by this product.  This role would be part of the Business Program Management Office (PMO) component of the broader VA initiative, and it includes areas like business analyses, stakeholder engagement, change management, and technology acquisition.
 
Position Overview
The Stakeholder Engagement and Program Integration Manager will lead a team on the stakeholder and user adoption of a transformational initiative. Specific Tasks May Include:
  • Lead training, stakeholder engagement, and change management activities for the client organization in their transition to a future state of optimized business processes and a new system.
  • Engage with senior level stakeholders on significant matters that require coordination across functional and organizational lines.
  • Drive adoption across internal and external stakeholders on the effective use of standards, process improvements, and new management systems.
  • Create executive level messages and visualization that convey information about the project and coordinate the delivery of strategic communications.
  • Support client growth initiatives by identifying additional opportunities and scoping/responding to follow-on tasks
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Four or more years of experience providing general management consulting services in one or more of the following areas:organizational transformation, organizational design, change management, training, stakeholder engagement, policy analyses and/or strategic communications
  • Experience with championing transformational efforts within an organization and driving it from concept to adoption and acceptance
  • Two or more years of experience managing teams of at least 3 people
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
  • Ability to build and manage internal and external relationships at all levels within an organization while possessing the diplomacy and cooperative style necessary to work effectively with diverse individuals across functional disciplines.
  • Ability to think strategically to effectively assess clients’ situation and assemble service solutions to meet clients’ needs.
 
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Master’s Degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience with financial services within a government agency setting
  • Experience working on and/or supporting federal proposals
