Senior Recruiter

Location: Fairfax, VA
ERPi is currently seeking a full-time Senior Recruiter to provide onsite support at our Fairfax, VA site.

The Role:
We are looking to fill a critical role of a Sr. Recruiter for our Fairfax office. The Recruiter will be responsible for establishing recruiting strategies and candidate pipelines for proposal initiatives and will balance both scoped/funded and contingent/proposal requisitions. The right individual must provide flawless execution for candidates and internal clients, acting with the greatest amount of professionalism and sense of urgency.
 
  • Responsible for the Full life cycle recruitment process, to include sourcing and requisition management
  • Facilitate the screening and selection process between candidates and hiring teams which includes internal training as necessary
  • Support business development /bid and proposal process, developing new recruiting and labor strategies as required
  • Maintain detailed communications with managers, candidates, and stakeholders to stay apprised of status and general coordination, negotiating and closing offers, and process improvements
  • Fulfillment of assigned recruiting responsibilities with a high sense of urgency and through execution of established processes
  • Participate in business reviews, proposal-specific strategy sessions to gain full understanding of staffing needs for each initiative.
  • Drive, establish and support strategic partnership with assigned business groups
  • Maintain a strong network of industry contacts for potential sourcing and hiring
  • Develop innovative ways to source candidates to produce sustainable talent pipelines
  • Proactive tracking of progress and all recruiting activities in our applicant tracking system to exceed OFCCP compliance expectations
  • Analyze staffing trends and results for continuous improvement of our strategies and process
  • Foster Global Inclusion and Diversity in business hiring practices
  • Ad hoc talent acquisition related project participation and leadership
  • Providing guidance/training to other recruiters as necessary

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with full life cycle recruiting for highly skilled professionals in Government contracting environments.
  • Demonstrated understanding of cradle to grave recruiting process in a Federal Consulting environment
  • 5+ years of experience with recruiting in an AAP / OFCCP compliant environment
  • 8+ years of experience using an Applicant Tracking Systems to source, track, and measure results
  • 5+ years’ experience recruiting for executive level positions
Other required skills and experience includes:
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple program areas and with other recruiters
  • Maximize organizational staffing and recruiting productivity
  • Experience supporting proposal and business development efforts.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including presentational skills
  • Highly collaborative with experience working in a multi-disciplinary team to develop sourcing and candidate capture strategies
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook scheduling
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and online sourcing techniques. (Previous experience with ICIMS ATS is preferred)
