Administrative Support Professional

Location: Bethesda, MD
ERPi is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Support Professional to provide onsite support at our Bethesda, MD site.
 
The Role:
This candidate will support ERPi's clients at the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI). The candidate will provide support to executive-level NHLBI clients for various administrative functions including but not limited to:
  • Providing logistics support for meetings
  • Schedule coordination, conference room coordination, booking teleconference lines
  • Sending out meeting invites, meeting timekeeping, recording, distributing and archiving meeting minutes, developing agenda topics, PowerPoint presentations, and meeting read-ahead's.
  • Organizing and managing tasks and data calls in support of executive-level programs
  • Developing, managing and maintaining action item trackers and providing regular follow up for status updates to action item owners
  • Supporting NHLBI staff for payroll, time and attendance processing
  • Supporting NHLBI staff by serving as a SME on Leave, AWS and Telework Policy
  • Supporting NLHBI staff with ordering of office supplies
  • Completing general clerical and office tasks
  • Performs other tasks as needed/requested
     
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university & 3 years work experience
  • Experience and high comfort level working with MS Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including reports and presentations
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative and diverse environment
  • Ability to build and manage client relationships at all levels
  • Previous experience with all aspects of meeting management, including logistics planning, taking meeting minutes and managing action items  for multiple, recurring meetings
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative professional position preferred
