HR Assistant/Office Manager

Location: Fairfax, VA
ERPi is currently seeking a full time HR Assistant / Office Manager to provide onsite support at our Fairfax, VA site. 
The Role:
The HR Assistant/Office Manager position is responsible for administrative and coordination support for HR team and headquarters office operations.
  • Office support activities, including the reception area, mail, purchasing requests and facilities support.
  • Directing and coordinating office services and related activities, including overseeing hoteling space assignments,
  • Coordination of outsourced Helpdesk Technician visits and staff appointments
  • Coordination of meeting logistics to include scheduling hotel bookings and meeting services (food/beverage planning, meeting room logistics).
  • HR support includes support of HRIS data entry, records maintenance and event support to include open enrollment and staff meetings.
  • Review and audit of HR vendor invoices.
  • HR personnel file maintenance.
  • Office security management, issuance of access cards and coordination with building management.
  • Event support, communications, admin support for events.
  • Supplies and equipment ordering and inventory management.
  • Administrative support for Executive Officers, to include calendar management, expense report management and other admin tasks.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Required Education and Experience
  • At least three years of previous experience in office management.
  • Data entry experience, preferably in HRIS\
  • Experience in HR office or office manager role in service industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
