ERP Requirements Lead

Location: Arlington, VA
ERPi is currently seeking a full-time ERP Requirements Lead to provide onsite support at our Arlington, VA site.

The Role: GFEBS is the Army's financial, asset and accounting management system that provides access to data across the Army, ARNG and USAR.  ERPi supports the Program Technical and Management Support Services (TMSS) for the Army for their (GFEBS) SAP Enterprise Resource Planning program, specifically as the Domain Requirements Lead. 
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Nine to fifteen years total experience supporting projects deploying SAP ERP systems (ie: Navy ERP, GFEBS, IPPSA, etc).
  • Three to five years with Agile or Waterfall requirements and schedules development (~80%) or software development and testing (~20%) 
  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and experience interacting with both Business and IT individuals at all levels, including senior management.
  • Experience working with senior management to understand and document business strategies and requirements.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Experience with cross domain systems, specifically building interface capability between two existing ERP instances.
  • Experience developing and documenting requirements using MS Office Suite, including Visio and Project
  • Three to five years of experience with IPPS-A.
  • Three to five years of experience working with GFEBS.
