Proposal Price Anlayst

Location: Fairfax, VA
ERPi is currently seeking a fulltime Proposal Price Anlayst to provide onsite support at our Fairfax, VA site.
The Role:
The Business Development Team is responsible for tracking opportunities and managing the development and submission of all ERPi proposals.  We ensure high quality proposals meet solicitation requirements and customer needs throughout all volumes and attachments.  The BD team works closely with ERPi market leaders to build their pipeline and support their business development goals.  

Key responsibilities include:
  • Review government solicitations to determine general and specific cost/price requirements
  • Develop and analyze estimates of labor, subcontractors, material, equipment, production, and other direct costs to support the company’s competitive business pursuits
  • Prepare pricing models in accordance with customer Request for Proposal instructions for inclusion in the company’s price proposal submissions
  • Analyze/interpret solicitations to ensure compliance of proposal requirements, internal organizational cost estimating requirements and compliance with Government regulations
  • Support the development of pricing strategies, conduct profitability analysis and risk assessments, develop price to win analyses, and draft pricing narratives for existing and new business opportunities
  • Develop ‘what if’ cost and price scenarios based on input from market and BD teams to provide senior leadership with multiple actionable pricing options
  • Conduct research and analysis of awarded contracts and other publicly available information on Federal opportunities and the Federal market to inform Price to Win discussions
  • Provide pricing/data call direction to subcontractors on proposal teams
  • Assist BD team in documenting and implementing additional pricing processes and standards
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proficient to Advanced Excel skills
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business or Math
  • 2-5 years related experience
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize workloads with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Must possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with acute attention to detail
