Lead Cyber-Security Engineer

Location: Arlington, VA
ERPi is currently seeking a fulltime Lead Cyber-Security Engineer to provide onsite support at our Arlington, VA site.

As ERPi’s Lead Cyber-Security Engineer, you will report directly to our Army client and oversee the completion of all General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) information assurance (IA) related needs and supervise a team of IA practitioners.  GFEBS develops, acquires, integrates, deploys and sustains enterprise-wide financial and procurement management capabilities to support Army’s current and future missions.  GFEBS is the Army’s web-enabled financial, asset and accounting management system that standardizes, streamlines and shares critical data across the Active Army, the ARNG and the USAR. GFEBS uses Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing software, a COTS ERP solution.

 
The Role:
  • Serve as the Cyber-Security Engineer to the GFEBS PMO
  • Coordinate IAVA compliance with the Data Center
  • Support Risk Management Framework activities
  • Ensure the security requirements for the system are met
  • Oversee all cyber-security/IA activities as the Cyber-security/IA Team Lead
  • Lead the Incident Response Team
  • Prepare budgets and schedules as required in support of cyber-security activities
 
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and eight years’ experience may be substituted for a master's Degree
  • DoD 8570 IAM Level III certification (GSLC, CISSP, CISM)
  • Experience leading a cyber-security team
  • Performing Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E)
  • Coordinating a Patch Management program
  • Developing schedules and budgets
 
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Master's Degree in Information Assurance or Cyber-security
  • Experience leading a cyber-security team through Assessment and Accreditation (A&A) and continuous monitoring of a major IT system
  • Preparing a Risk Analysis Report for a major IT system A&A
  • Coordinate DoD Information Assurance Vulnerability Management for a major IT program
  • Developing cyber-security schedules and budgets for a major IT program
 
Clearance: ACTIVE SECRET - U.S. Citizenship required
