ERPi is currently seeking a full time Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Director to provide onsite support at our Washington, DC site.

The Role:
ERPI is seeking an experienced consulting leader to help grow a new business portfolio for the firm focused on Business Process Outsourcing, Managed services, Operations Strategy/Management, and Process Automation. Preferable candidates include experienced leaders within the Federal consulting domain (e.g., Big Four consultancies) with demonstrated ability to shape new service offerings and translate them into a sustainable business portfolio.
 
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Ten (or more) years’ experience in functional areas such as:  Operations Strategy and Performance Optimization, Business Process
  • Outsourcing, Business Transformation, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Process Reengineering/Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, and Performance Measurement/Management
  • Ability to lead the growth and development of new markets and service offerings within the Federal management consulting domain.  This includes demonstrated success in three leadership areas:  1) Revenue generation/business growth; 2) Client (market) thought leadership and delivery; and 3) Institution building (e.g., talent/leadership development, intellectual capital creation)
  • Successful experience designing and implementing intelligent process automation, including the design and implementation of agnostic  solutions pertaining to robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence, machine learning
  • Ability to think big picture strategy in assessing client business problems/situations and shaping/developing corresponding solutions
  • Proactive and collaborative leadership style, focused on driving client thought leadership as well as developing next tier consulting                      leaders
  • Ability to be an innovative, resourceful, and collaborative problem solver
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail
  • Strong organization, prioritization, team-work and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate thoughts, ideas, and solutions logically in written and oral situations
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, results-driven environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree (e.g., BS, BA)
  • US Citizenship
 
Additional Skills and Experience:
  • Direct leadership experience in Managed Services, including fields such as claims processing or third party transaction processing in the Federal or commercial domain
  • Master’s Degree (e.g., MBA MS)
