Acquisition Capability Manager

ERPi is currently seeking a full time Acquisition Capability Manager to provide onsite support at our Arlington, VA site.
The Role:
Supports the Army for their General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) SAP ERP program which integrates financial, real property, cost, and performance data into a Web-based ERP system. Ensures compliance with DoD and Army business processes requirements.
  • Ensures compliance with DOD and Army business processes requirements
  • Participates in ERPi planning forums or governance/decision forums as required or directed.      
  • Manage the specific portfolio related to the GFEBS SAP ERPi program with an understanding of IT related requirements as outlined in Army regulations and as directed by law
  • Ability to coordinate with technical teams on developing Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and quarterly reviews with Data Center SLA's 
  • Supports the Government in developing Army-wide solutions to Army ERPi objectives and strategies       
  • Supports the development of all milestone documents (SEP, LCSP) and life-cycle reviews (PDR, CDR, TRR)
  • Participate in Configuration Control Board (CCB) as a technical expert in order to provide recommendations as to the technical solution validity on all process change requests and system trouble tickets         
  • Windows, Network, UNIX Engineering support         
  • Assist in the planning and oversight of mandated migration of GFEBS to a DOD approved Data Center       
  • Proven ability to manage small teams         
  • Strong time management and organizational skills         
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to overall program success
Required Skills and Experience:         
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in relevant business or information technical field
  • 7+ years’ experience in the following areas:
  • Consulting in a business, government or military arena
  • Investment Review Board (IRB) Certification Coordination
  • Business Domain and Acquisition Coordination
  • Experience as a Capability Manager
  • Superior written, verbal and oral communications skills
  • Self-starter
  • US citizen to obtain Active secret or recent secret clearance
